We provide critical assistance with pre- and post-transplant housing, hospital and prescription copays, medical equipment, and essential items like food and fuel gift cards. Additionally, we offer monthly support group meetings to educate and empower patients, caregivers, and their families for their journey.
Your contributions also help fund educational materials, website maintenance, printing and mailings, meeting room rentals, storage, and legal expenses.
We welcome in-kind donations of goods and services, including:
- Medical Equipment: Walkers with seats, shower chairs, raised toilet seats, shower handles, air purifiers, wedge pillows, wheelchairs, and oxygen concentrators.
- Health, Travel, and Other Goods: Grocery and fuel gift cards, airline points, gift baskets for birthdays or fundraisers, masks, face shields, hand sanitizer, gloves, and Lysol wipes.
